Larissa and Denise
"Thank you again for bringing your workshop to us. I taught for the first time since the workshop today and found that quite a few things I learned there have come into my teaching. I really look forward to bringing yoga to the MS community around here...and anyone else who needs to be reminded that they CAN do it."
Take care,
Jessi
Larissa,
"I wanted to let you know how much Adrian is enjoying the seated class script. I've lead him through the class twice, and both times he regained sensation in his right foot. before the classes his foot was numb. also, his posture and gait was 100% better after the classes. Thanks for everything!"
Julie
Larissa,
"I wanted to say THANK YOU for a terrific weekend and the beginning of a wonderful new friendship! We had such positive feedback for the Friday evening program and the training, it is just FANTASTIC! And... I am now a YOGA believer. Can't wait to start with your video."

"I have been telling everyone about your class. I even have been trying to get My Mother and Sisters to try it. YOGA is great."

Hi Larissa & Denise
I just wanted to thank y'all for another great forum of yoga classes. I always look forward to the classes. I do yoga with 2 left feet but I have fun...LOL
I have been dealing with a lot lately & the yoga classes got me through the weekend.
Thanks again for the effort y'all put in to the classes for us!!!
Take Care, Bob
Larissa,
I was diagnosed with MS in 2003. I have been an RN for over 20yrs. I knew how important the stretching, breathing, balance and relaxation of yoga could be. I had tried classes and tapes, but could never stay committed when symptoms of my MS presented themselves. A nurse handed me your "You Can Do It Yoga For MS" Vol.1. As soon as I started to feel better, I tried the tape, starting with the seated version first. I could not believe how easy it was to do on a daily basis, and how much better I felt. Now I do both the seated and beginner versions. Thank you for your dedication in doing something that makes yoga something people with disabilities can do and is not so intimidating.
Catherine A.
